How long will it take to receive my order?

Order before 1pm to receive your order within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).

We are extremely sorry this has happen please send us with photos/information and we’ll investigate this issue ASAP. 

 

How do I access the MUA discount?

Automatic 50% off add 10 or more lashes to your basket to qualify for this discount. 

 

How do I ensure that I qualify for next day delivery?

Special deliveries orders must be sent to us before midday (this excludes weekend orders).

 

Are your lashes / products tested on animals?

No, our lashes are not tested on animals.

 

Are your lashes / products vegan?

Yes, vegan and cruelty free.
